What happens to hemoglobin.....?

What happens to hemoglobin saturation of the red blood cell as the cells move to tissues with lower oxygen concentration.

2. the oxygen which is reversibly bonded to the haemoglobin will be detached and it will move by passive processes like diffusion into the tissue thus suppling the latter with oxygen. the haemoglobin saturation will itself decrease.
