Is the dead zone worth watching after season 1 ?

I started watching season one and i'm on episode 5, there are apparently 6 seasons of it, I was curious if the show is as good as season one or if it declines in quality.

1. ABSOLUTELY! the dead zone is one of my favorites and i was disappointed when i found out it was cancelled. (i also watched the series on dvd so it was no longer running when i started watching it)....the only thing i was not happy with was the character relations throughout the show....i guess it's just like any other soap in that aspect huh?.....the story lines i love though...they are intelligent and well thought out as far as sci fi shows go
