Help! How do I cure my insomnia?
I am perfectly healthy with no medical conditions. There are no stress or anxiety in my life. What is keeping me from falling asleep? Whenever I do fall sleep, the sleep quality is very poor. How do I fall asleep without any pills?

- I have this problem too and if none of the above ways can help you then try Melatonin. It's a natural sleep aid you can get over the counter at any drug store. It works really well for me and after a while if you continue to take it at the same time your body will develop a sleep schedule to match so you probably won't have to take them often after that. It also doesn't make you overly sleepy in the mornings. I have to get up for work and other things early in the morning so I know for a fact it does not. Just make sure you're giving yourself enough time to sleep when you take it.
- There may be some other problems in your life that is causing it. Try breathing exercises.
