Hypoxia and Medicine

For Any Medical Staff/Students, What other conditions could these symptoms suggest?

Ok, now before you all start shouting at me to go see a doc, I am already seeing one but were at the beginning stages so no confirmed diagnosis yet, just the doctors suspicions. I will list the symptoms and rough dates they started. none of these symptoms have stopped as of yet. July: extreme itching around my man parts, specifically the rear (no laughing please... :p ) continuing. August: Night sweats, varying, some nights ok, some nights drenched completely, some nights damp, Continuous, worsened in October. Early October, groinal lymph glands extremely raised, lump begins forming off left groinal gland. late October, sudden weight loss,10 pounds in two weeks, original weight and height taken two weeks before, 10 stone 10 pounds, 5ft7.5 inches when your this short the .5 counts :) (14 pounds in a stone for our USA guests), random bouts of fatigue varying day to day, hour to hour at times, no stamina. Docs Visited. Examination also reveals possible tender liver. Early November, left groinal glands possibly subsided or just obscured by lump, right groinal gland still firm but not showing any signs of deformation, left lump still present and slowly growing, causing a very slight aching sensation at times, like growing pains as a kid but located to one area and very dull pain. *possibly related, unknown issue* two small strange marks appeared on the glands of my penis, two other strange small marks now permanent on foreskin. have noticed the occasional other odd strange mark here and there generally, and random bouts of itchiness here and there. For those of you thinking gross, believe me im not happy either, I shower every day. I am a clean person. Early November, new very small painful bump on left arm (about the size of a pea) under vein, probably unrelated, possibly pressure from resting my arm on the edge of PC desk when typing and office chair when sitting? not growing, nor moving (used marker pen and monitored over three days) each morning I wake feeling like ive been hit by a truck and looking like I have had all the blood drained from my body. tests to date: Chest Ex-ray: all clear Full Blood Count: Inflammatory Indicators found. Full Sexually Transmitted Infection battery performed, once in July when the itching started, once in late October. All negative, tests included testing for LGV. My history: Zip. I barely drink alcohol, I eat home made well cooked meals (im Italian), plenty of vegetables, more than average health concious person. I know I don't get enough exercise but I do walk most places and am a slim guy. One bad thing I do. I smoke, 5 to 7 hand rolled tobacco per day. ironically I was due to start anti smoking drugs next week as I want to quit. My doc is concerned it could be a cancer, specifically lymphoma. And I have basically been trying to match my symptoms to other possible causes in order to give me hope until I get a diagnosis which could still be a week or two away. What I want to know from any medical professionals out there is what else do these symptoms match? My thanks to you, From (Luc) 27, very worried, in Coventry UK. Additional: OK, the first answer I got back was from krystie5 who simply said syphilis. whilst im grateful for the answer, *PLEASE* IF YOUR NOT GOING TO BOTHER READING IT ALL, DONT BOTHER POSTING. As I stated in the question a full battery of tests for STi`s was completed. TWICE over three months. it came up all clear.
