HOW WILL THE PHILIPPINE TECHNOLOGY IMPROVE THE ATMOSPHERE?

Oxygen (O2) which is given off by plants (crops & trees), photosynthetic bacteria, algae & other beneficial bacteria, etc., is the common denominator of the main elements such as carbon, nitrogen, sulfur, oxygen and hydrogen to form compounds. In the case of carbon, with 5 sources of CO2 emissions coming from: by order of intensity, decay microorganisms as first, agriculture & forestry as second, animals as third, man as fourth and transportation & industries as fifth, CO2 has been considered a public enemy for heating up earth while O2 could not keep up the pace in cooling land surface from the sun’s radiation. At worse, carbon, in the absence O2, instead takes up hydrogen to form methane, graduating the level of heat one step higher. Thus, global warming could not be stopped as ozone continues to be depleted further, losing its purpose in shielding earth from severe solar radiation, when the supply of O2 is at its lowest. Some or most scientists say that natural forces keep the required levels O2 & CO2 in the atmosphere balance or constant. Yes, it is true. But since ozone layer is destroyed, parts per minute of CO2 have increased and CH4 is hovering in the atmosphere for more than a decade, there is a defect in managing the environment and that is, the deficiency of O2. Like the 10,000 deaths in the July-August 2003 phenomenon in France, the author Winston Kayanan from the Philippines considered it as a matter of temporary loss or shortage of O2 rather than EEA’s findings in November 2003 as ozone pollution. Although earth tends to cure itself by carbon sink (i.e., entry of CO2 in the ocean) in order to maintain the leverage or ratio of O2 & CO2 in the atmosphere, this should not be the case otherwise man is abusing nature. The domicile of carbon is land and not the sea because CO2’s resultant compound which is carbonic acid, is more needed for soil nourishment & for growth of plants. It should be noted however that carbon is scarce because our atmosphere is comprised of 70% nitrogen and 30% O2 while CO2 is just a small percentage. And earth is comprised of 70% ocean and 30% land and hence, we should make use of these 2 elements (i.e., carbon & O2) well than neglect or throw them away since both sustain life for organisms on land. As such, the Philippine technology is directed to this goal in utilizing & making these elements work & perform rightfully in the hope of saving man & saving earth. The presence of the toxic carbon monoxide (CO), nitric oxide (NO), hydrogen sulfide (H2S) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2) at high levels in the atmosphere is closely connected with the internal combustion of coal-fired plants and auto exhausts of engines. Other air pollutants such as sulfur dioxide (SO2) and nitric oxide (NO) which are produced from burning of fossil fuels and smelting operation, absorb substantial amounts of heat from its surroundings in the presence of sunlight (catalyzed). These gases are part of the forces that expand earth’s soil, aided by radiant energy via thermal expansion & gas pressure. Moreover, these oxides like sulfur dioxide (SO2), sulfur trioxide (SO3) and nitrogen dioxide (NO2) are in contact with rain (H2O). These will then be neutralized to form diluted sulfurous acid (H2SO3), sulfuric acid (H2SO4) and nitric acid (HNO3) during wet seasons, or all better known as acid rain. With higher concentrations of acid rain, this destroys the fertility of the soils as well as its floods. As such, the Philippine technology has the capability to neutralize acidity & alkalinity because of the development of resultant bases coming from the implanted organic waste materials. In some instances, there will be large amounts of CO2 that will settle down earth’s surface since CO2 is heavier than O2 & O3 (scientific fact) as their motion & kinetic energy are reduced. All beneficial microorganisms (like cyanobacteria & other photosynthetic bacteria, stromatolites of the algae, etc.) will then feast, take up & consume CO2 and replace it with O2. The Philippine technology was meant for this purpose as one because the implanted land will produce about quadrillion metric tons of O2 a day (first action). In this vein, it will repair the stratosphere’s depleted O3 layer with the intermingling of O2 to O2 to form O3, and that layer (acting both as earth’s shield from the sun’s ultraviolet rays) will cover earth again, like a blanket, to minimize the severe entry of solar radiation (second action), causing destructive & mysterious phenomena in the environment. O2 can then neutralize the magnitude of heat-absorbing & heat-trapping CO2, methane (CH4) and other greenhouse gases thereby proportionately lowering both air temperature (by less absorption from sun’s radiation) and air pressure (by decrease in gas molecular speed) as well as decreasing saturation pressure (third action). And the earth’s atmosphere, land surface and bodies of water will recover from their loss of gas pressure & radiant energ

  1. Per messages received from outer space, still the scientific community is facing a blank wall for they could not decipher & perceive the teachings of the author Winston Kayanan. The Philippine technology is anchored on organic matter cycling, taught in high school and easy to understand which requires no further explanation. As such, the author believes that the key players in the environment (attacking global warming & climate change) should rather be soil scientists, agriculturists, foresters than environment scientists. But for the benefit of all, following are the salient features of this multi-purpose & multi-benefit Philippine technology known as implantation (performing on a hectare daily) via organic matter cycling, to wit: a) Recapturing large amounts of CO2 by way of microbial action of photosynthetic bacteria and production of chlorophyll to carry on & sustain the process of photosynthesis) at 900 quadrillion metric tons per hectare a day. Purpose is to reduce excess or freed carbon in the atmosphere, causing heat & climate change. b) Releasing large amounts of O2 likewise in the same amount of 900 quadrillion metric tons per hectare a day. This has varied purposes like to cool air (like neutralizing methane), repair ozone layer, strengthen the immune system of organisms, rebuild melted glaciers, and many more. Production of such volume is extremely necessary because large volume is required to repair all in the scalding environment. For example, the third ozone hole that appeared in 2005 has an area of 25 million sq. kilometers which is about the same size of North America.
