- That is referring to the front section of the center wall of the heart, between the two ventricles. Ischemia is muscle damamge, usually caused by a myocardial infarction, or heart attack. Not sure what meds or tests you would be talking about. Can you expand on your question?
- Honestly, it would pretty unusual for the average 32 year old. Start with your primary doctor. She/he may want to start with an echocardiogram or a stress test. BTW, EKGs are very operator dependent for the reliability.
