how to cancel sprint without early termination fees?

My husband and myself have Sprint, after really looking at our 180 for one month bill(for 550 anytime minutes!?) I have noticed quite a few new charges, such as administration fee and regulatory fee. We are also being charged for two city taxes(one of which has never been removed) is this a reason to cancel without ETF, or should I just give them my moms address, and say we are moving there?(I know for a fact that she lives in a sprint dead zone)

1. You should switch to the everything plan (99/month for unlimited everything). If you want to get out without paying the ETF, you have limited options. I have spent the last month trying to get out of contract as I really want an iPhone. Here's what I found out: 1. If your admin fee has changed in the last 30 days, you are good to go. (see here for more info: http://forums.slickdeals.net/showthread.php?p=15599270). They provide a nice little script to follow with the Sprint chat rep. If it's been more than 30 days, it becomes much harder. I've been trying to get out based on the changes from January and have had no luck so far. 2. If you state that you're moving you need to provide something that has your name and your new address on it (gas bill, water bill, ...etc). They also told me that if it's work related, your employer can provide a letter stating that you're moving to the new address. 3. You can try these guys out http://www.cellbreaker.com/. I read some good things about them but decided to wait as my contract runs out in 2 months. Best of luck!
