Which race of people would be the best capable to live at high altitudes?

I'm guessing the caucasians because they have really long, thin noses so they can breath thin air, and they are hairy so they can keep warm when it gets too cold. What race do you think is best suitable for this stuff?

1. I'm gonna guess black for this reason. At a higher altitude you're going to be exposed to even more sunlight and UV rays to a higher degree. Granted, the amount of feet from the actual ground may vary but overall, by being up on higher ground, you would be that much closer to the sun. If you honestly want to say white, I doubt it. We would get sunburned like there was no tomorrow. Not trying to diss whites and white latinos but it's true. We are essentially the most vulnerable to the suns rays. (Granted albinos are even more pale but you get the idea though).
2. This question is obviouslly stupid. But to be serious, I heard that Asian races have evolved at higher altitudes and were exposed to more sun and wind. Hence their skin tone and almond shaped eyes. Not even joking. Caucasians lived in colder atmospheres, which were not as sunny or hot. Hence the light skin.
