Can epidural hematoma lead to cerebral hypoxia?

1. Not hypoxia as much as herniation and death. Epidural bleeds aren't in contact with brain tissue, unlike subdural and subarachnoid hemorrhage (both of which can cause vasospasm-->hypoxia and ischemia).
