Hypoxia and Medicine

Where can i find a place/gym that provides hypoxia(high-altitude training in the Chicago(chicagoland) area?

To be specific im looking for a gym that has an altitude room or a person willing to rent out/share their hypobaric tent. I compete in combat sports and am looking to include altitude workouts into my training camps.
