Why has this place turned into a dead zone?

What happened? Between 2006 and 2008 this place was hopping. Why did so many people leave P&S?

But repeat serial trolls brag about their 500th account, and they post at will. Yeah, nothing wrong with this picture......do not adjust your sets.
