Are there any side effects from taking celebrex with high altitudes?

In 2 days I am flying to Spain. I am taking prescription Celebrex (200 mg) for costocondritis. One of my friends was told her prescription can cause blood clots at high altitudes so she has to move around every 3 hours. I was just wondering if there were any similar issues with Celebrex. Thanks!
