Ok. I am now using a oxygen machine for the first time due to low oxygen saturation?
anyways, I usually have high blood pressure, and am tired and groggy all the time. Well today was daylight savings and I had to get up early for church and I have felt beautiful and awake all day. I went and checked my blood pressure at a pharmacy and it was 106/75, and my pulse was like 78, it's usually really high. My bp is usually at least 135/90 to 100, is this from one evening of having oxygen? I am just amazed if so. Let me know what you think.

- It sounds like it! Your heart was trying to accommodate for low blood oxygen levels. Now, it doesn't have to so it's happier.
- It might be. When your body is low on oxygen (hypoxia is the medical term), it has to work harder to do everything. Every single cell in your body needs oxygen to do its job. Your heart beats faster (trying to circulate enough oxygen), you breathe faster (trying to get more oxygen), your blood pressure increases...lots of things happen to your body when it doesn't have enough oxygen. Glad you're feeling better! Hope it stays that way for you!
- Yes, Yes. Oxygen is the best medicine Check out this website www.thebodytellsyou.com Read under Health Tips the suggestions for Chronic Cough
- One evening of having your oxygen levels normalized are not going have any dramatic effects on your condition. You might have slept better and woken up more refreshed than usual. Unless all of your problems stemmed from not getting enough sleep it's very unlikely to have had a dramatic effect like that.
