High Altitudes....what happens??

At higher altitudes? What does pressure do at higher altitudes? What effect does higher altitudes have on cooking and baking? Examples, details, and proof if possible... Also: What other kind of interesting things happen at high altitudes and how people compensate when they live in higher altitudes? Also...what happens to temperature and oxygen at high altitudes? If you could answer parts or alll of this it would great. If you do answer, though will you please tell me about it in english so i can understand. Examples and details would be great! Thank you all

  1. At higher alititudes, there is less atmospheric pressure. The higher altitude has effects on cooking, like water boiling at a lower temperature than 100 degrees Celcius.... hope that helped :]
