I've noticed that I get really tired when I have more sleep. But when I sleep 2-3 hours a night, the day following I'm extremely focused and active. I'm not saying I'm excessively tired, it is just that when I get less sleep I function normal, but when I get like 6-10 hours of sleep I feel like everything is hard to focus on, etc. Is there any medical condition to describe this? Anyone know what may be causing this?
