Help! I'm worried about my lack of sleep?

I have been awake for the last 35 hours. Haven't done any drugs or alcohol, no insomnia conditions, no medical problems. I'm getting shaky, jittery, nauseous, having a little trouble breathing, haven't yawned, I don't feel tired. I'm used to getting 10 hours of sleep per night. I've never had this happen. I've tried relaxation techniques, and other things to help with sleep. Is this dangerous, or at what point does it become dangerous? Any clue as to what's causing this? Anything's helpful. Thanks.

  3. This is dangerous, a lack of sleep can cause many problems, many of them very serious like to ones you are having now, get to a doctor so he can find the root of the problem and help you. Please do not put this off you health and sanity are at stake.
  4. The symptoms your experiencing are most likely brought on because you've been awake for so long. Are you eating properly? At least three times a day, and drinking plenty of water? I recommend adding one hour of cardio excersise maybe a couple hours before bedtime and take a good multi vitamin daily as well. Otherwise you may need to see a doctor, and at least get something prescribed to help you fall asleep easier.
  5. There are plenty of things that could cause it ranging from anxiety and diet to certain medical conditions. The thing that is most worrisome is your complaint of respiratory problems. At a minimum, you should go see a doctor first thing in the morning. If you are having severe difficulty breathing, you need to go to the ER right now.
  6. i think u'r experincing poss stress.. but have u tried Valerian Root... u can get it anywhere they sell natural herbs & it's healthy for u & should help u sleep restfully.
  7. Thinking of these things !!! " I'm getting shaky, jittery, nauseous, having a little trouble breathing, haven't yawned, I don't feel tired." Is the main reason for your sleeplessness, these things are keeping your attention as they are more important to you . Change your thoughts to your breathing JUST WATCH IT GO IN AND OUT , yes as this is very boring the mind will gently sink to the unconsciousness.
