Hypoxia and Medicine

Has anyone had a premie with Hypoxia?

One of my twins, who were born at 28-29 weeks, is diagnosed with Hypoxia. The doctor explained it to me, and I kinda understand it. Anyone that's kid has had this before, did they survive? The doctors said they don't want to say whether or not he will live or not because its so unpredictable. And if you are one of those haters that don't believe me, don't even comment. It's not visiting Hours at the NICU here.
