Does LASIK limit you're ability to climb to high altitudes?

I'm a weekend warrior type of mountaineer, but if I ever decide to get serious and I get LASIK eye surgery would I be able to go to extreme altitudes? It's been reported that you can experience blindness due to high altitudes, Beck Weathers is a famous example.
