Whats a fake medical condition I could have to take a medical certificate?

Please dont mis-understand me. This is for a serious issue..... I will be sent out of my current room/accommodation if I dont have any valid reason. I have no where to go..... Hence I need to see a Doctor and take a medical report for some injury or medical condition. Any advice? What can I do to convince the doctor? (please dont take this as a joke)

1. There are doctors out there who will do that for you (unfortunately), but most reputable doctors are not going to provide a false medical report. That puts their license on the line.
2. Fibromyalgia, it's not a disease that has a blood test, or something that can be disproved.. just symptoms. If you can convince your doctor you have it, there's your certificate..
