Did Terri Schiavo had Anoxia?

The real question is though, I want to know, have anyone in a coma, which was caused by anoxia, ever waked from it and have a long life? I am just curious about this, because I might need it for this project I have to hand in today.

1. They showed an image of her head and her brain had turned to mush. Her parents used her as a tool against the husband.
2. you may be better served by google but as i remember she was breathing on her own.she was kept "alive" by IV feeding. i know of no one who has recovered from a coma due to anoxia.anytime the brain is deprived of oxygen for even a short time the brain is damaged and most often they are a vegetable.
