Hypoxia and Medicine

Whats a fake medical condition I could have to take a medical certificate?

Please dont mis-understand me. This is for a serious issue..... I will be sent out of my current room/accommodation if I dont have any valid reason. I have no where to go..... Hence I need to see a Doctor and take a medical report for some injury or medical condition. Any advice? What can I do to convince the doctor? (please dont take this as a joke)

1. you could say you got into a car accident with your friend? even if they xray you, doctors can not tell how much pain youre in or if youre lying. they mostly rely on what the patients tell them to aid them.
