how do you think severe hypoxia may cause bradyasystolic rhythms? is it a direct effect on the heart itself or an indirect effect on the heart?

1. Hypoxia IS one of the underlying reasons for bradyasystolic rhythms, along with, hypovolemia, tension pneumothorax, hyperkalemia, hypoglycemia,severe acidosis, and drug OD.
