  1. Sounds scary to me. I don't know if its a medical condition per se, but it does sound like maybe your regulator is out of wack. (Your circadian rhythms are thrown off.) consult a sleep doc, it can't hurt. Even the army says you need at least 4 hours sleep in the midst of war. do you nap? Some people just don't need a lot of sleep
  2. You need at least 8 hours sleep a night. If you get up at 7:30 am, you need to be in bed by 11:00 pm. Give yourself 30 minutes to fall asleep. What you are doing is not healthy. You will eventually have health problems related to lack of sleep. Needless to say what you are doing to your brain with so much stimulus. Everyone's body needs 8 hours to repair itself during the night. The brain needs to regenerate itself, otherwise you will have memory problems, which in turn will affect your learning ability. The body's defense mechanism is lowest at night so the body can carry on it's repairs. Hormones are secreted to balance the many systems in the body. Without enough sleep your body can not carry out these repairs, and eventually your health will suffer.
