Is there a medical condition that could prevent a man from reaching an orgasm during sex?

I was totally satisfied, but I still couldn't acheive an orgasm. This isn't the first time this has happened. Is this a medical condition or just in my head?

1. Since you have reached orgasm before I'd say it's just psychological. But I'm sure somewhere out there there are some anorgasmic men, but they are just incapable. But you're not. Just don't put pressur on yourself to cum because that just decreases the chances of it happening. No worries :)

4. Next time try sex without using meth. One time it took me 3 hours to cu*m because of using too much meth. I couldn't pee for a week afterwards. LOL!!!!
