Is it healthy to live at high altitudes?
I've heard that your health increases if you live in the mountains because your heart and lungs have to increase in strength to get enough oxygen. And also that olympic altheletes train at high altitudes to help build up their strength. But what kind of health benefits could one get from living high above sea level?

- well you already said it, your lungs get bigger which let you take in more air, which will help you run further, or swim, whatever sport it is lol
- THAT SOUNDS AWSOME!!!!! Judging by my powers of assumption, I can assume that that is most likely. Of course, then you would have to stay there. I mean, if you live in a city or somethen, then can you imagine having such big lungs and breathen in city smoke and stuff? But ya, that sounds pretty dang healthy to me!
