- Well, you'll be hard pressed to find photos, since it's more an internal problem. The only pictures you might find relate to chronic hypoxia, of things like finger clubbing- http://images.google.com/images?q=finger+clubbing&ie=UTF-8&oe=utf-8&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&client=firefox-a&um=1&sa=N&tab=wi and the barrel chest- http://images.google.com/images?q=barrel+chest&hl=en&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla:en-US:official&um=1&ie=UTF-8&sa=N&tab=wi Check out http://www.pathguy.com and use his search function, he has a bunch of great photos.

- Photos on Hypoxia....? Do you know what hypoxia is? That is where there is not enough 0xygen in the blood to feed the brain cells or other parts of the body.... To put a numerical value on it, hypoxia is described as when the saturation of the blood is below 90%. Normal is at 96%, but anything 90 or above is fine. People who approach 89% can turn white, but more likely the periferal systems [ie lips, fingers ect] tend to turn blue....and the body will get progressively blue-er as the saturation drops down...If a person is at 80% saturation, he is most likely to have blue lips and finger tips and his/her conversation is abit rambled. To get pictures of this, ...well, just not sure what type of shot you are looking for....on a molecular level or just a plain blue lipped individual?
