What are the mental and physical effects and problems of climbing at high altitudes on Mt. Everest?

Can anyone tell me..please??..Im not sure and I need to know...thanks guys!!

  1. High altitude sickness results from low pressure and oxygen. Evaporation will result in low body water and dehydration causing sickness, fatigue and lightheadness. Low oxygen concentration will result in shortness of breath, fatigue, rapid heart beat and lethargy. Swelling, nausea and vomiting are also common. These symptoms start to occur above 7000 feet and can take 48hrs to manifest. At lower oxygen concentrations (higher altitudes) one will experience memory deficits and poor concentration. If the person has heart disease or lung disease ischemia (impending heart attack) can occur and difficulty breathing. At even lower oxygen concentration unconsciousness and death can occur.
