How do you make pizza dough rise in high altitudes?

- add alot of butter and dough
- by covering with a kitchen cloth and leave it to rise.
- add a lot of butter &AND& put wax paper or a cloth over it and leave it to rise on a vent or oven top..something that is warm
- In my recipe book it says to decrease yeast by 1/4 and sugar and water or milk slightly. You wouldn't want pizza dough to rise that much or you will end up with a loaf like a cibatta.
