How can i find people with a similar medical condition as me?

Im only 25yrs old but I have a congenitaly narrowed femoral artery which has caused me to have many operations in recent years, I just want to get in touch with someone of a simila age who has had a similar condition but it seems as if theres no one else out there, how can i find them?
