Are there people out there whom buy medical condition reports?

I was just wondering was there some place that I could get a medical condition report. Sometimes people need more than a brochure that is spitting the same thing at them that the doctor just told them. I need more details than that. Is there anyone doing this as a business or has anyone ever bought a report like this? Need more information.
